Shipping Policy

Cuddleez ("we" and "us") is the operator of www.cuddleez.co.uk ("Website"). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

  1. Shipping Costs

UK Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders over £40 or £3.99 for orders under £40, using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

UK Express Shipping is £6.99 for all UK orders to ensure a faster delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

(Please note this is next working day shipping. If ordering next-day shipping over the weekend it will arrive on the next working day).

  1. Delivery Terms

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified via email or SMS. This will provide you with your tracking number & courier tracking link. It may take up to 1-3 days for the courier to update its tracking with relative information on the whereabouts of your order not including weekends or holidays.

If you haven't received your tracking number after 48 hours from purchase, please contact our support team at help@cuddleez.co.uk

    2.1 Shipping, Processing & Delivery Time

    We ship all Standard orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-4 working days), and all Express orders with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Processing time can take up to 1-2 days. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the shipping time.

    UK Standard Shipping 

    Generally takes 2-3 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 3-5 business days.

    UK Express Shipping 

    Generally takes 1-2 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 2-4 business days.

    US Standard Shipping

    Generally takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 11 business days.

    Canada Standard Shipping

    Generally takes 10-14 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 17 business days.

    Spain Standard Shipping 

    Generally takes 8-14 business days, depending on your location.  Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 17 business days.

    France Standard Shipping

    Generally takes 8-16 business days, depending on your location. Typically, it takes 8 days for orders to arrive. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 19 business days.

    Italy Standard Shipping 

    Generally takes 8-16 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 19 business days.

    Germany Standard Shipping

    Generally takes 8-16 business days, depending on your location. Typically it takes 7 days for orders to arrive. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 19 business days.

    Belgium Standard Shipping 

    Generally takes 8-16 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 19 business days.

    Portugal Standard Shipping 

    Generally takes 10-18 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 21 business days.

    Australia Standard Shipping 

    Generally takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 13 business days.

     

    2.2 Dispatch Time

    Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

    2.3 Change Of Delivery Address

    For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched we will no longer be able to change the address.

    *Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

    2.4 P.O. Box Shipping

    Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO BOX or to a MILITARY ADDRESS

    2.5 Items Out Of Stock

    If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

    2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

    If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

    Duties & Taxes

    5.1 Sales Tax

    Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

    5.2 Import Duties & Taxes

    Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country 

    1. Cancellations

    If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

    1. Insurance

    Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

    Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

    If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

    If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

    If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
