This means that we invest in high-quality machinery and also care about the life-work balance of our sewers and employees. All items must meet our quality standards before sent out so we can continue to be proud of our work and feel good about it!
Apart from being made with love and passion from our team, our Cuddleez are made from premium materials, soft flannel fleece exterior and warm sherpa fleece interior. Don’t be fooled by the word ‘sherpa’ though - this is a completely cruelty-free and vegan version of sheep’s fleece made from polyester, so rest assured no fluffy friends are now hairless from the making of your Cuddleez.
Cuddleez Sleep Tees are made from a special blend of bamboo and elastane to keep you cool and comfortable all night long.
Our awesome Cuddleez hoodies are currently a one size fits most design, which is loosely based on a size 6XL hoodie.
Length - 96-100cm
Bust - 196cm
Sleeve length - 55-62cm
Cuddleez Sleep Tees are a one size fits most design, measuring in at a generous and roomy 95cm long and 170cm wide (total circumference).
All of our Cuddleez are made individually with love so there may be a slight size variation per item.
Have you been living in your Cuddleez since it arrived and can't manage to take it off for a second to wash it? Yes, its hard when something is so soft and comfy! You can find all care instructions on the inner tag of your Cuddleez, however standard care options are as follows:
- Hand or machine wash in cold water
- If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected
- Use only mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
- Avoid mixing with other colours
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
However, if you really want to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of your Cuddleez for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.
Yes, most definitely. Kids as young as 11-years-old have enjoyed the fun and unbelievable cosiness of our Cuddleez hoodie blankets. Its also been known that if you're not careful your pets will dive into them if left on your floor they're that soft!
Nobody panic! If you can’t add an item to cart, it may unfortunately be a sold out item. Try your equal-first or second-favourite, otherwise we update our website regularly so that pattern you have your heart set on should be available again soon!
You could always sign up to our Cuddleez VIP newsletter where you will be notified once an item is back in stock. Also allows you to stay up to date on our latest promotions, newest product and even special discounts we often share with our most loyal customers.
Delivery & Returns
Oops, did you make a mistake on the shipping address? Our support team will be happy to update your delivery address in our system so that your order gets to you. Provided your order has not already been shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you as soon as possible. Please contact us via email at help@cuddleez.co.uk and have your updated delivery address and order number ready so that we can make these changes as quickly as possible.
*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
UK Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over £40, or £3.99 using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
UK Express Shipping is £5.99 for all UK orders to ensure a faster delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

This is a long one. We’re sorry to bore you, but just in case there’s an issue with your Cuddleez package, we want to make sure you have all the information you need to complete the process smoothly. Please take a minute to have a read of our return policy.
We offer full FREE no hassle refunds on most products returned 60 days from the date of ordering your product.
To ensure your refund is accepted, please send the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. This includes reusable bags, tags and bows. You may be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
Please contact us at support@cuddleez.co.uk with subject line "return" and you will be provided with further instructions.
A few note on expectation's to be eligible for returns:
1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 60 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
We're sorry to hear this and sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund into your account, depending on your bank.

Sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within the timeframe advised.
If your order still hasn’t been delivered within the advised timeframe, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.
*Please note: Once we pass your Cuddleez order to our courier, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by our courier may take a bit of time. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.
Payment
All jokes and puns aside - your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.
We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. We also have the secure payment of Paypal and if you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we even offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!
Woohoo, it's on sale and you have an extra discount code! Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box on the right for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.
*Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are purchasing multiple bundles and discounts, we suggest placing separate orders.
All pricing for our UK store is listed in Great British Pound(GBP).

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as quickly as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please make sure you select your items carefully first time round to avoid disappointment.
Don’t worry, our Cuddleez team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.
Emailing us is the way to go! Our email contact is help@cuddleez.co.uk. This also allows us to keep a paper trail for your issue so we can help you as best we can. We answer emails from the UK, so we can sometimes have some slight delays in response time to overseas customers. We’re only human, so please be patient and we are working as quickly as possible to get back to you. We promise we won’t leave you on ‘read’!
